Our panels can be outfitted with Ethernet connectivity for minimal downtime and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) customization to support the most rigorous and demanding applications. Currently, our MCPs are used in some of the most intensive drilling and exploration areas in the world.
BOP / DIVERTER CONTROLS
Pantex Ennerflo Systems' hydraulic BOP MUX controls are fully compatible with any existing BOP stacks and all accessory equipment. Our control systems are engineered for BOP stacks located on land or offshore. Using the latest 3D drafting software, we custom design each set of schematics using standardized ISO symbols for across-the-board accuracy and clarity. Pantex Ennerflo is API-16D Certified, and all fabrication is ASME Section IX/ ANSI B31.1 / 31.3 Compliant.

Diverter Controls
Diverter Controls
Diverters are integrated into BOP stacks to vent gas in existing BOP systems and route shallow gas through pipelines before the BOP stack is installed. Diverter controls need to be solidly built and reliable to ensure the safe operation of the diverter in the BOP stack.
Pantex Ennerflo's diverter controls are fully integrated with our BOP control systems, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and other control panels. They accurately regulate the wellhead and ensure that proper pressure and flow is maintained at all times. Our diverter controls are designed to reduce or outright stop hazardous leakage or pressure that has potential to compromise the entire operation.
Our controls can be rated for use in hazardous environments if needed. We build for new installations and integration into existing systems.

WELL HEAD CONTROLS
Pantex Ennerflo Systems is committed to building high-quality wellhead control solutions for the upstream space. We design for single or multi-well facilities with one or many Christmas tree stacks. Each of our control systems is modular and engineered to operate the critical process of extraction and pressure control. Our wellhead panels are typically designed to control One SSSV & Two SSVs. We set the sequence of closing according to our customers' requirements. Each wellhead control can be customized to meet specific priorities like a user-friendly interface and maximum uptime for critical operations. Consoles are built from SS316 or SS316L materials for corrosive environments when needed.

HPU SYSTEMS
Pantex Ennerflo's Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) are uniquely designed and built to meet the exacting needs of the upstream Oil & Gas sector. Our HPUs are designed for heavy-duty industrial water-cooled diesel engines. We use highly resistant coating frames and skids for long life and ease of transport.
Industry specific features include air start with disc-type spark arrestor and over-speed shut down protection. Prefabricated units are available in various horsepower, ratings and flow capacities to fit most topside and offshore applications. Each unit is individually tested to ensure it meets performance benchmarks before shipping. Our HPUs are built in compliance with a host of global and regional standards and customers are invited to test units before purchase.

SUBSEA CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
Pantex Ennerflo has worked with companies around the world to design and manufacture subsea manifold systems that meet the rigorous standards required for well management at deep-sea depths. At depths ranging from 10,000 to 18,000 feet, our subsea controls are built with adaptability in mind.
We build systems that include remote operations and topside control systems that work in unison to provide reliable networking and communication. Our team works closely with subsea engineering experts to ensure all design elements, materials selection and testing processes meet the needs of current and future subsea engineering requirements. FLUID RESERVOIR UNITS(FRU)
Pantex Ennerflo designs and manufactures Fluid Reservoir Units (FRUs) for the Oil & Gas upstream space. Our FRUs are custom designed and built to accommodate water/glycol and custom mixing applications per customer requirements. Each FRU is designed to meet any third-party certifications and to provide the variable concentrations that meet our customers' project specifications.

HIGH PRESSURE TEST UNITS (HPTU)
High Pressure Test Units (HPTUs) are required as an important procedural step to assess the quality of well operations. The HPTUs create pressurization to test the system's valves, actuators, and other control systems to ensure reliable, smooth operation of system equipment.
Pantex Ennerflo designs and produces HPTUs that range from 5,000 to 35,000 PSI working pressure to fully test any system. Our units can be trolley mounted or skid mounted to provide uncompromising performance in rigorous application use. Each HPTU is completely customized to meet exact customer and application requirements.

CHEMICAL INJECTION UNITS
Pantex Ennerflo Systems designs and manufactures single or multiple chemical injection units to aid in the extraction and quality of crude oil. We custom build each unit to specific customer requirements. Chemical Injection Units can be controlled remotely or locally depending on the customer's needs. Features typically include a chemical dosing/injection pump, injection rate control devices (IRCDs), control meters, isolation valves, monitoring instrumentation, safety devices and 316 Stainless Steel chemical storage tanks, or similar if the project requires a different type of tank.

ACCUMULATOR SKID
